How our Chicago crew got started
Water damage in your Chicago basement or kitchen is a rough day. Our restoration specialists dry the structure thoroughly, then haul the wet materials and mess away when the job is done.
How Chicago Water Damage Restoration started
Chicago Water Damage Restoration has been serving all of Illinois. Our story starts the way most service-business stories should: with a frustration at how complicated and impersonal restoration service had become. We set out to do it differently, our own restoration specialists instead of subcontractors, plain explanations, careful work, and the kind of follow-through that earns repeat customers.
"Treat every customer the way we'd want our own families treated, honestly, carefully, and without upselling."
Our values
Straight talk
We tell you what the water did to your home and what it means for the next few days, with no jargon and no scare tactics.
Respect for your home
Your furniture, floors, and belongings get handled carefully, and we keep the mess contained to the rooms that actually need work.
Know your neighborhood
We've spent years working through Chicago's older building stock, from greystones to two-flats, so we know where water tends to hide.
